Tips and Guides about Atm Software

Finding out from a guest is finding out late

On small sites the first report of a fault usually comes from a customer at reception, often hours after the machine stopped. Everything downstream is delayed by that gap: the call, the diagnosis, the visit. Closing it is the cheapest improvement available to an operator with a handful of machines.

Updating without interrupting service

A badly planned update can take several terminals in the same branch out of service at once, right at the busiest time of day. That is why rollout happens in batches, inside an agreed window, with post-checks and the option to roll back. The aim is for the fleet to end the day with the same availability it started with. It is one of the questions branches ask us most often: queue at the branch.

Reports short enough to be read

A monthly report nobody opens has no value. One page showing availability, the faults that occurred and how long each machine was down gets read, and gets acted on. Length is not thoroughness.
